We are looking for a skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team at RateGain. This role plays a crucial part in creating a robust top-of-funnel content strategy to boost brand awareness and global reach. The ideal candidate will spearhead storytelling initiatives, translating intricate subjects into compelling narratives. They will develop a unique content approach tailored to diverse target markets, contributing to increased market share. Moreover, this position involves tracking and reporting key performance indicators such as website traffic and conversion rates. Responsibilities include: - Developing and executing content marketing strategies aligned with customer journeys throughout the marketing funnel. - Collaborating with agencies to produce original content showcasing thought leadership and expertise. - Managing content production and distribution across various channels such as social media, blogs, websites, webinars, and podcasts. - Enhancing content reach and impact through innovative distribution strategies. - Utilizing data insights to create personalized content for specific audiences and markets. - Optimizing all content for SEO and keyword alignment. - Strategically delivering innovative campaigns that engage prospects and yield results. - Staying informed about industry and customer trends to identify opportunities and shape long-term strategies. - Measuring and analyzing content effectiveness, reporting on KPIs for continuous improvement. Requirements: - 6-8+ years of experience in B2B SAAS, content/inbound marketing, with adtech experience as a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field. - Proficiency in content marketing strategies, audience segmentation, personalization techniques, SEO optimization, and digital distribution channels. - Familiarity with current industry and customer trends impacting marketing strategies. Skills: - Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms in hospitality marketing. - Strong organizational and planning skills, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail. - Proven storytelling and content creation abilities across various formats and platforms. - Ability to analyze data to measure content effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. - Track record of managing campaign deadlines and effectively communicating performance metrics.
