The firm is now poised for strategic growth, and we are seeking a dynamic, like-minded architect to join as a Partner and play an integral role in shaping the future of the practice. Role & Responsibilities: Collaborate on design development, project delivery, and client engagement. Lead business development efforts, including client acquisition and networking. Share responsibilities in project and resource management, financial planning, and firm administration. Co-create the firm’s long-term vision and expansion strategy. Contribute capital and/or in-kind expertise as part of the partnership model. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design or any valid degree/diploma related to this field Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with demonstrable project leadership. Strong design sensibility with sound technical knowledge. Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative work ethic. A portfolio showcasing diverse typologies and design innovation.
