Your expertise includes Performance Tuning And Optimization (PTO) and building database systems of high availability and quality. You have a good knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server, along with experience working with Windows server and Active Directory. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to work effectively in a team and independently. You are a flexible individual with a "get-it-done" personality who can provide 24x7 support for critical production systems when required. Your ability to organize and plan work independently, along with the capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, allows you to multi-task and switch between different activities and teams effectively. Having MCTS, MCITP, and/or MVP certifications would be considered a plus for this role.,
