Responsibilities Create and manage documentation for PGS & NPOP standards for Certification Bodies Implement organic regulations Create and manage ICS Conduct training sessions on applicable organic standards and regulatory requirements Advocate for organic awareness and promote sustainable agricultural practices. Strategies for growth of Certification Bodies Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned projects Have a to do attitude Effectively discuss the project requirements with pears and discuss the same with inter and intra-team for effective implementation Qualifications Degree in Agricultural Science(s) or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in organic certification, preferably in quality management roles. Demonstrated involvement in securing accreditation for a Certification Body under international organic regulations (NPOP, EU, NOP, COR, etc.) is mandatory. Willingness and ability to travel as required. Skills: Proven leadership and project management capabilities. In-depth understanding of international organic regulations. Strong passion for sustainability and organic agriculture. Adaptability and a proactive, “can-do” approach typical of startup environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
