Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Health Insurance Advisor located in Kolkata, with some work-from-home permissible. The Health Insurance Advisor will assist customers in selecting suitable health insurance plans, provide excellent customer service, train clients on health promotion and wellness programs, and help manage policies. Regular tasks include answering customer queries, providing guidance on insurance products, and promoting health and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and Health Promotion
• Knowledge in Wellness programs
• Ability to manage policies and provide detailed information to clients
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
