Part-Time Facilitator/Teacher

This is a part-time job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and engage children across different grades through offline sessions in private schools across Mysore.
• Create a dynamic classroom environment that sparks curiosity and encourages discussion, reflection, and participation.
• Guide, support, and advise children in their learning journeys while meeting QShala's facilitation standards.
• Complete all required feedback, assessments, and reports as per QShala's protocols.
• Liaise with parents to share updates on children's progress and development.

Who Are We Looking For:

• Individuals with prior experience in teaching or facilitating sessions in school settings.
• Someone who is confident, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
• A background in quizzing or someone who enjoys knowledge-based engagement is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
