Role Business Development Executive - South Position Title : Sales & Marketing - NBD Executive Department : Sales and Marketing - New Business Development Reporting To : Regional Manager NBD / Head of Marketing & New Business Development Education : Graduate / MBA (Marketing) Experience : 7 to 9 years Education: Graduate (any discipline) Industry Experience : Minimum 7 years in Packaging (cartons, flexible, or related packaging solutions). Proven expertise in business development and customer relationship management . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively across South India KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES New Business Development & Marketing Drive revenue and profit growth by acquiring new large customers and increasing business from existing accounts. Lead the on-boarding of new customers with significant business potential. Meet potential customers regularly, understand business needs, and gather insights on new product requirements in consultation with the NBD Head. Pitch Parksons - innovative packaging solutions and new product developments to customers. Provide inputs on pricing, costing, estimation, and proposals. Collaborate with Packaging Design & Development (PDD) and New Product Development (NPD) teams to co-develop products aligned with customer specifications. Customer Relations & Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers across hierarchies and key decision-makers. Monitor customer feedback and initiate corrective actions where required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement. Ensure smooth transition of customers from BD to the Key Account Management (KAM) team post the incubation period. Manage payment follow-up and recovery for handled accounts.
