Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with 13 years of experience in the textile or apparel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction, and be capable of translating design concepts into commercially viable collections. Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze current fashion trends, colors, and fabrics. Design and develop seasonal collections in line with the brand identity. Create mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and specifications. Select appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and trims. Coordinate with sampling teams and vendors for prototype development. Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments. Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and production quality. Ensure timely delivery of design samples and collections. Maintain an archive of designs and previous collections for reference. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in fashion/textile industry. Strong sketching and illustration skills (manual or digital). Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc. Good understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric behavior. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
