We are looking for a Video Editor to showcase PBW's visual storytelling through cinematic campaigns, event trailers, partner stories, and branded documentaries. Key Responsibilities Edit a range of video content: trailers, campaign videos, speaker stories, partner features, interviews, event recaps, and social media clips. Craft compelling narratives with strong pacing, structure, and emotion while maintaining PBW's brand tone; professional, elegant, and global. Combine footage, music, motion graphics, and text to deliver visually engaging stories that perform across platforms. Refine and repackage long-form content into short, high-impact formats for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Apply cinematic editing techniques, such as rhythm, shot matching, dynamic transitions, sound design, and grading to elevate storytelling quality. Handle end-to-end post-production: assembly, color correction, sound sync, captioning, and export across formats. Collaborate with the design team to integrate static assets (banners, titles, graphics) into polished motion content. Maintain visual continuity across campaigns through cohesive typography, tone, and transitions. Required Skills & Experience 24 years of experience in video editing or post-production, ideally in event, tech, or corporate storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro. Strong grasp of color grading, sound design, and storytelling flow. Experience editing for multiple platforms and formats (16:9, 9:16, square). Ability to handle both cinematic edits and fast-turnaround social videos. Eye for clean design, typography, and on-brand visual language. Strong communication and collaboration skills with remote teams. Fluency in English (French is a plus). Nice to Have Experience in motion design (animated text, transitions, logo animations). Knowledge of event branding and on-site coverage workflows. Familiarity with Web3, finance, or tech ecosystems. We're seeking a Motion Designer to bring our campaigns to life through compelling, dynamic animations and brand visuals. Role Overview The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, video edits, and animated content that elevate PBW's visual storytelling across social media, advertising, and stage environments. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to translate complex ideas into clean, elegant, and dynamic animations that maintain PBW's institutional aesthetic. Key Responsibilities Design and animate motion graphics for social media, digital ads, website assets, event screens, and promotional campaigns. Work from layered AI/PSD files to create smooth, balanced animations that respect PBW's visual identity. Conceptualize motion treatments for different campaign types, from speaker reveals to brand explainers and event teasers. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to storyboard and prototype ideas before animation. Maintain consistent brand quality, typography, composition, pacing, and transitions aligned with PBW's tone (elegant, minimal, institutional). Produce short-form animated videos (515s) optimized for LinkedIn, X, and paid media placements. Create loopable animations for website hero sections or event visuals. Manage multiple animation projects with tight deadlines, ensuring precision and creative polish. Stay updated with motion design trends relevant to finance, tech, and luxury events. Optional: Add light sound design or sync when enhancing storytelling. Requirements 24 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video graphics. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of composition, timing, easing, and visual rhythm. Ability to maintain design integrity from static to animated formats. Eye for clean typography, elegant transitions, and visual balance. Experience working within brand systems and visual guidelines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across time zones. Experience in event or tech branding is a plus. Nice to Have Experience with 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Element 3D). Understanding of sound design and sync for video.
