We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes socialization and learning. Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality instruction that meets the curriculum requirements and promotes student development. Assessment and Evaluation: Continuously assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement. Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and school activities. Classroom Organization: Ensure the classroom is well-organized, clean, and safe for students. Collaboration with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to achieve school goals and objectives. Requirements Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching pre-primary students. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Patience, empathy, and understanding of young children&aposs needs. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field are desirable.
