We at Pardy Panda Studios seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of extensive experience in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in full-stack development but also possess the leadership skills to act as a Team Lead (TL), guiding and mentoring junior developers while contributing to project architecture and technical decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the team follows best practices and coding standards. Work closely with the product management team to understand and refine requirements. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug fixes. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our tech stack remains competitive. Actively contribute to the overall software architecture and design decisions. Required Skills: 4+ years of experience in full stack development using the MERN stack. Strong proficiency in React.js for building dynamic, responsive front-end applications. Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development. Solid understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Proven experience leading a team or mentoring developers in a team environment. Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development. Proficient in version control tools like Git. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines). Understanding of front-end build tools and frameworks (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
