Job Title: Production Supervisor – Food Industry Location: Pollachi Experience: Fresher / Experienced Salary: Best in Industry Shift: Rotational Shift No of opening positions : 6 nos (Male / Female) Job Description We are looking for dedicated and energetic Production Supervisors to join our growing Food Products Manufacturing Unit at Pollachi. The ideal candidate should have strong interest in production operations, manpower handling, and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor manpower allocation and coordinate with team members. Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards inside the production area. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to food industry regulations. Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and packing teams for daily operations. Troubleshoot issues during production and report to the Production Manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: Any degree/diploma candidates can apply. Basic knowledge of Food Technology is preferred. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts . Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
