Ensuring smooth functioning of the IPD areas with maintaining all the TATs as mentioned in the processes. Ensuring that patients and attendants are aware of the medical status as well as the bill status of the patients. Responsible for the correctness of the patient medical records and discharge summaries. Ensuring smooth functioning of the ICUs with maintaining all the TATs as mentioned in the processes. Following up with nursing in charges of any problems regarding Pharmacy / Diagnostics / other services. Resolve any issues of patients regarding their bills. Ensuring that patients and attendants are aware of the medical status as well as the bill status of the patients. To ensure regular departmental training To create customer centric approach in the organization through various practices, awareness and training programs. To ensure smooth operations of records department. To comply with all the rules and regulations of the state with respect to the medical records-PNDT reports/MTP reports/infectious diseases reports/birth & death intimation etc.
