Monitoring of central Store function like material arrangement, documentation, data feeding, coordination etc. all type of store work. Coordination with project In-charge, HO & Accounts with all dept. for site work. Checking Inward Material Report, Outward Gate Pass Report, MRN, GRN, TPI, TC Issue Slip, Debit Notes, Stock Ledger on Daily basis. Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site teams for material planning and specification. Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing option. Ensure quality checks and compliance with technical specifications and ISI standards Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels across multiple sites
