Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify potential markets and new business opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in polymers, chemicals, or manufacturing industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of polymers and plastics industry and Home appliances products and Rubber Molding.
