Job Title: SRE - Azure Administration and Azure DevOps Location: Remote Experience Level: 2-4 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Azure DevOps Engineer/Administrator to manage and enhance our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This hybrid role requires hands-on experience in managing Azure services, automating infrastructure, and streamlining DevOps practices for agile software delivery. Key Responsibilities: Azure Administration Deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure-based infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS). Manage resources in Azure including VMs, VNETs,Load Balancers, Azure Storage, and App Services. Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies. Ensure security and compliance across Azure environments using tools like Azure Security Center, Defender, and RBAC. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability. Azure DevOps Engineering Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts). Integrate build and release automation with source control tools like Git/GitHub. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform. Collaborate with development teams to optimize the software delivery lifecycle. Manage version control, branching strategies, and release pipelines for multi-environment deployments. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 37 years of experience in Azure administration and DevOps engineering. Strong hands-on experience with: Azure Portal, CLI, PowerShell Azure DevOps Services (Boards, Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts) IaC tools like ARM, Bicep, or Terraform Monitoring tools (Log Analytics, Application Insights, Azure Monitor) Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AKS, Kubernetes) is a plus. Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Adaptability to fast-changing environments and new technologies.
