The General Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing customer service, leading and managing the team, and ensuring efficiency in operations. Specific duties include managing budgets, optimizing operational processes, and establishing protocols and procedures to enhance productivity and performance. Qualifications Skills in General Management and Operations Management Experience in Customer Service and Team Management Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
