Program Development: Creating personalized exercise plans based on individual needs and goals, including designing workouts and selecting appropriate exercises. Instruction and Guidance: Demonstrating proper exercise techniques, providing feedback, and offering modifications as needed. Motivation and Support: Encouraging clients, helping them stay motivated, and fostering a positive and supportive environment. Safety and Maintenance: Ensuring a safe workout environment, proper equipment use, and addressing any safety concerns. Progress Monitoring: Tracking client progress, evaluating effectiveness of the exercise plan, and making adjustments as necessary. Education: Any Graduation - Gym Trainer certification. First Aid and Emergency Response: Being prepared to administer basic first aid and CPR in case of an emergency.
