Role Description Preparation and issuance of invoices on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch. • Recording and maintaining all financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles. • Maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly financial summaries. • Managing accounts payable and receivable; ensuring timely collection and payment cycles. • Preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances within stipulated deadlines. • Monitoring company purchases, vendor contracts, and expense records, ensuring proper documentation. • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining up-to-date cash flow records.
