The Operations Manager will act as the bridge between the U.S. office and the offshore team, ensuring smooth coordination, timely reporting, and high-quality execution of business processes. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, coordinating with U.S. staff, vendors, and clients, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Manage and oversee daily operations related to U.S. real estate office (residential & commercial projects). Coordinate with U.S. teams, tenants, contractors, agents, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor project timelines, property listings, marketing campaigns, and social media activities. Prepare regular reports on financials, operations, and project status for U.S. leadership. Handle email communications, scheduling, and follow-ups with stakeholders in U.S. time zones. Ensure operational efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
