Designs & Creative Skills: Strong sense of aesthetics, functionality and space utilization. Ability to create concepts, layouts, 3d visuals, and working drawings. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions. Strong problem- solving and decision-making ability. Team player with leadership qualities to guide junior staff. Ability to adapt to client needs and work under deadlines.
