Pantry boy

Job Summary:

The Pantry Staff is responsible for maintaining the office pantry, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area.

Key Responsibilities:

• To clean the tables, chairs and cabin glasses.
• To clean the water bottles and fill the bottles.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for office staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area and kitchen utensils.
• Monitor pantry inventory and notify HR for replenishments.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments, water, and cutlery.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain daily cleaning schedules.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a tidy environment.
• Provide support in event or office gatherings, if required.
• Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and retrieve documents as needed.
• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory; reorder as necessary.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for minor facility needs.
• To Maintain the cleanliness in office area.
• To keep the samples on place with coordinating with Purchase team.
• To deliver the samples from one place to another.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
