ASSISTANT MANAGER - MARKETING About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant Manager - Marketing with 3 to 6 years of rich experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand excellence. to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will play a key role in strategizing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and creative agencies to ensure brand consistency, effective campaign execution, and high return on marketing investments. across all marketing touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for real estate projects across digital, print, and on-ground platforms. Support the budgeting process and track marketing expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI. Campaign Execution & Management: Coordinate with external agencies (creative, digital, media, PR) and internal departments for seamless campaign execution. Manage and ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and promotional videos. Plan and execute project launch events, site branding, exhibitions, and other promotional activities. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Oversee and monitor Performance Marketing on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Collaborate with the Marketing Agencies to monitor on SEO, SEM, social media content calendars, and email marketing. Vendor & Agency Management: Work closely with the Agencies for SEO, SEM, Social Media campaigns, and email marketing. Manage vendor deliverables, track timelines, and ensure service level adherence. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. Monitor branding and visibility at project sites, sales offices, and customer touchpoints. Overlook photoshoots of project sites, events, and marketing creatives to maintain quality and brand standards. Reporting & Analysis: Present insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to enhance marketing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred. Real estate marketing experience is highly desirable. 3 to 6 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand excellence. Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies, buyer behavior, and industry trends. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in overseeing professional photoshoots and multimedia content production.

ASSISTANT MANAGER COMMERCIAL LEASING About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Leasing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a strong ability to source leads, conduct cold calls, arrange & Co-ordinate meetings, nurture client relationships, and successfully close leasing deals. This role will focus on client sourcing & execution, and requires excellent market understanding and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sourcing: • Identify new leasing opportunities through proactive prospecting, market research, and networking. • Conduct cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups to generate and convert leads. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential tenants and clients. Commercial Leasing: • Manage the end-to-end leasing process including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and final closures. • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, and corporate clients. • Understand client requirements and propose suitable commercial properties (office, retail, industrial). Deal Management: • Draft and negotiate lease agreements in coordination with legal teams. • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner. • Close deals efficiently while ensuring the best interest of the company and client.
