About the job: We are hiring dynamic and self-driven field sales executives to promote and sell our range of SOLIDWORKS products- 3DEXPERIENCE, Simulation, and Desktop versions- to customers across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Nashik regions. Each product line represents a unique solution for different engineering needs, and we are looking for professionals with the ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits to clients. Key Responsibilities: A. Lead generation & prospecting: 1. Identify and qualify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms. 2. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. B. Product-specific sales focus: 1. SOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE: Focus on cloud-based collaborative product development solutions. 2. SOLIDWORKS Simulation: Promote engineering analysis tools for FEA, CFD, and design validation. 3. SOLIDWORKS Desktop: Cater to core CAD needs for mechanical design and drafting. C. Solution selling: 1. Understand customer requirements and offer product recommendations based on their needs. 2. Work with the technical team for product demos, POCs, and solution presentations. D. Sales closure & reporting: 1. Prepare and send proposals/quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders. 2. Maintain accurate records in CRM and share weekly progress reports with the sales manager. E. Client relationship management: 1. Build strong post-sales relationships for upselling/cross-selling opportunities. 2. Collaborate with the technical and support teams for implementation follow-up.
