Creative Fashion Designer Approach: · Looking to hire a candidate who is curiously driven & highly passionate about the world of FASHION. · An optimistic person, with creative originality. · Well versed & always updated with the world of fashion. · Candidate needs to have a hands-on approach working on principles of rapid prototyping. · Applying user centric design approach to cater various international high street brands. · Is fun to work with and excited about the challenges of working in an ambiguous, fast changing environment. Roles & Responsibility: · Trend analysis and forecasts: keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes · Make story boards around concepts in trend & create mood boards to show to clients · Monthly Range Presentation · Sketch silhouettes and bring them to life. Sketch rough and detailed drawings of apparel, and write specifications such as colour schemes, construction, material types, and accessory requirements. · Select appropriate fabrics for silhouettes. · Work one-on-one with pattern master and tailor to get the fit right. understand design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs · Explore various genres of fashion.
