Job Title: Panel Wiring Technician
Location: Kalsaar, Gujarat
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 CTC per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
Panel Assembly & Wiring: Assemble electrical control panels according to technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Component Installation: Install and connect electrical components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, and other devices.
Wiring & Cabling: Perform accurate wiring and cabling within panels, ensuring proper insulation, labeling, and organization.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct testing of assembled panels to verify correct operation and troubleshoot any wiring or component issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of wiring diagrams, test reports, and assembly procedures.
Compliance: Follow safety standards and electrical codes during all stages of panel wiring and assembly.
Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting existing control panels as required.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronics or relevant field.
- Proven experience in panel wiring and electrical assembly.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and instructions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of safety protocols related to electrical work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Workplace: Manufacturing/Industrial setting.
- Shift timings may vary as per project requirements.
- Safety gear and precautions to be followed at all times.
