Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Employee. The Sales Employee will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, and managing customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Employee will also be responsible for following up on existing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in market research and lead generation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prepare persuasive sales proposals and presentations Customer relationship management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the fire safety industry is a plus
