About the Role

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Panchakarma Therapists to join our Ayurvedic hospital in Madurai. This role demands a disciplined, compassionate professional who can deliver traditional therapies in a clinical healthcare setting while maintaining high standards of patient care, hygiene, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strictly follow duty schedules and report at least 15 minutes early.
• Collect and verify job cards containing all treatment details:

Patient name, UHID, room number, therapy type, oil used, and instructions.

• Prepare therapy rooms and materials in advance (e.g., Kizhi, oils, vessels).
• Escort patients, verify identity, and explain treatment flow courteously.
• Perform therapies according to SOPs and instructions provided by doctors.
• Ensure timely start and end of therapy sessions; update and sign job cards.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and dispose of bio-medical waste responsibly.
• Record therapy details and observations in the log book.
• Return all unused materials properly and maintain hand hygiene protocols.

General Guidelines

• Always wear PPE and maintain grooming standards.
• Never leave a patient unattended; coordinate with the scheduling desk for support.
• Report issues with patients or equipment promptly.
• Do not share personal information with patients.
• Music must be played during therapy (except in J-Block).
• Attend all training sessions and general meetings.
• Apply for leave in advance as per the Leave Policy.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Prior experience in Panchakarma therapy is preferred.
• Good communication, discipline, and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to strictly follow hospital hygiene and safety protocols.
• Willingness to relocate to Madurai and stay in provided accommodation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
