Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural & Interior Draftsman to join our design team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality technical drawings and detailed layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This role demands strong technical knowledge, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to understand and convert design concepts into working drawings. Key Responsibilities:  Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details as per design brief and specifications.  Prepare construction drawings, furniture layouts, electrical and plumbing layouts, false ceiling details, and material specifications.  Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure accurate translation of concepts into technical drawings.  Assist in preparing 2D presentation drawings, working drawings, and submission drawings as required.  Update and revise existing drawings to reflect changes in project specifications.  Perform site visits for measurements, documentation, and coordination if required.  Maintain a library of standard details and drawing templates. Required Skills and Qualifications:  Diploma or Degree in a related field.  Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a draftsman in an architecture/interior design firm.  Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.  Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing.  Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.  Good organizational and time management skills.  Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.  Familiarity with MEP coordination and services drawings. Work Environment:  Office-based position in Jayanagar 4 th Block, Bangalore.  Occasional site visits may be required.  Collaborative team environment with exposure to diverse design projects. Job Summary: As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between conceptual design and visual communication. You will be responsible for transforming architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals that effectively convey the intent, mood, and atmosphere of the space. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, spatial proportions, lighting techniques, and materiality to accurately represent both built and conceptual environments. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and the design management team from early concept stages through to client presentations. Your ability to visualize and interpret design intent will support critical decision-making processes and enhance client engagement. A high level of technical proficiency, artistic sensibility, and attention to detail is essential. Key Responsibilities: · Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for architectural and interior design projects. · Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and bring design ideas to life. · Develop 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, and references. · Produce walkthroughs, flythroughs, and virtual reality experiences when required. · Manage multiple visualization tasks simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines. · Ensure visualizations meet the firm’s quality standards and design intent. · Stay updated with the latest visualization tools, rendering engines, and design trends. Qualifications & Skills: · Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architectural or interior design firm. · Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). · Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, textures, and lighting. · Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into realistic visuals. · Good communication and team collaboration skills. · Strong sense of aesthetics, color, lighting, and materials. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. · A creative portfolio that demonstrates originality and a wide range of design styles. Preferred Attributes: · Experience in both architectural and interior design workflows. · Strong design sense in both contemporary and classical styles. · Familiarity with animation tools and basic video editing is a plus. · Experience in creating VR content or interactive 3D presentations is an added advantage.
