Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details as per design brief and specifications. Prepare construction drawings, furniture layouts, electrical and plumbing layouts, false ceiling details, and material specifications. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure accurate translation of concepts into technical drawings. Assist in preparing 2D presentation drawings, working drawings, and submission drawings as required. Update and revise existing drawings to reflect changes in project specifications. Perform site visits for measurements, documentation, and coordination if required. Maintain a library of standard details and drawing templates. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a draftsman in an architecture/interior design firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with MEP coordination and services drawings. Work Environment: Office-based position in Jayanagar 4 th Block, Bangalore. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and the design management team from early concept stages through to client presentations.
