Site Management & Supervision Lead site teams (engineers, supervisors, contractors) to ensure smooth and safe execution of civil, mechanical, and electrical works. Hands-on knowledge of foundation works, piping, tank erection, plant structure, and utilities installation. Technical Expertise Deep understanding of PFDs, P&IDs, layout drawings, equipment erection, pipeline routing, and E&I systems. Familiarity with ASME, IS, and other relevant codes and standards for construction. Team Leadership & Coordination Strong leadership in managing cross-functional on-site teams. Coordination with HO, design team, vendors, consultants, and client representatives. Vendor & Contractor Management Selection, negotiation, and supervision of third-party contractors and material suppliers. Ensure timely delivery and quality of subcontracted works. Quality & Safety Compliance Implementation of QA/QC practices. Strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies and risk mitigation measures. Cost & Resource Control Monitor and control material usage, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization. Prevent cost overruns and ensure efficient use of site resources.
