Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations at the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are kept in pristine condition to meet the luxury standards of our resort. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas and recreational facilities. Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, public area cleaners. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are upheld. Handle daily scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation to housekeeping staff. Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest room amenities; ensure timely procurement and proper storage. Respond promptly to guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and urgency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a resort or luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with housekeeping software and room management systems is a plus.
