We’re hiring for a Backend Engineer role at Pallav Technologies At Pallav, we’re building and scaling a high-growth debt-collection and lending platform that operates across India and Indonesia . You’ll work directly with the co-founders on challenging backend problems that impact millions of customer interactions daily. Our engineering challenges include designing high-throughput APIs , ensuring data security and reliability , building lending , and developing collections intelligence systems that power real-time decision-making. Our tech stack is centered around Java and Spring with PostgreSQL for data management, and we’re expanding into distributed systems and scalable architectures as we grow. You’ll be part of a lean backend team , collaborating closely with founders and tech leads on architecture, system design, and feature rollouts.
