Key Responsibilities: Assisting customers with their jewellery purchases, providing expert advice and guidance. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the store's growth. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying updated on new collections. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Handling billing, inventory management, and other day-to-day store operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery sales is a must. Excellent sales tactics and a proven track record of meeting targets. Proficiency in operating a computer/laptop for billing and data entry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Salary and Benefits: Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 (Based on experience and skills) Attractive incentives and bonuses on achieving sales targets. Growth opportunities within the company.
