As a Sales & Application Engineer specializing in lubrication and painting equipment at Simplinity Solutions Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities for lubrication and painting equipment. You will be required to provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to customers, work closely with industrial clients to understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. Additionally, you will conduct site visits, trials, and application support for lubrication and painting systems, collaborating with internal teams for product customization and project execution. Key Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial equipment sales/application, with a preference for experience in selling or applying lubrication systems, spray equipment, or industrial painting solutions. - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field. - Strong knowledge of industrial processes and equipment. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits. - Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
