Paint Shop Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing all check sheets of paint mixing and spraying on a daily basis as per SOP. You will also need to control paint consumption and oversee all cleaning and waste removal activities. Additionally, you will be in charge of setting up painting equipment based on specifications or SOP, handling various painting issues, and performing preventive maintenance on diaphragm pumps and painting guns. Your role will also involve knowledge of PU, Acrylic, and metallic paints, as well as baking and dry ovens. You will be responsible for painting, mixing, touch-up, and pre-treatment of components.
