Job Brief : Manage the onboarding of new retail media clients, delivering training, support, and developing onboarding materials. Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with sales and account management to gather client requirements and campaign objectives. Traffic and manage digital ad campaigns across retail media channels, utilizing ad serving and retail media platforms to implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns. Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and aligned with client KPIs. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and identify expansion opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail media clients, building strong relationships and fostering trust. Other Skills : Understand customer needs, offer customized solutions, and train them on relevant product features.Provide excellent customer service and effective communication, translating technical information into clear language.Act as a techno-functional consultant, offering recommendations on accounts receivable processes.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, achieve client goals, troubleshoot technical issues, and share knowledge.Define and track success metrics (KPIs) in collaboration with customers and ensure goals are met.Handle escalations by identifying issues, assessing business impact, and offering satisfactory resolutions.Generate performance reports with clear insights and analyze campaign data to provide actionable recommendations to clients.Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging ad technologies, and the evolving retail media landscape.
