About the Role:-

Paid Media Specialist

Requirements:-

• 2+ years of

  hands-on experience

  managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns,

  mandatorily for D2C brands

  .
• Previous work experience as a

  digital marketer handling D2C brands in an advertising/marketing agency

• Proven success in

  driving profitable sales to websites

  and achieving high ROAS.
• Strong understanding of

  conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and sales funnels

  .
• Proficiency in

  Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager

  .
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, launch, and manage

  paid D2C media campaigns

  across

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta Ads

• Focus on

  driving sales & conversions

  that influence business profitability.
• Conduct

  audience research

  , set up targeting strategies, and optimize bidding to

  maximize ROAS

  .
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns regularly to achieve

  KPIs.

• Collaborate with designers to ensure

  ad creatives

  are optimized for conversions.
• Implement and manage

  conversion tracking

  using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to measure user journeys and funnel performance.
