1. Clinical Assessment & Management Perform comprehensive assessment of infants, children, and adolescents presenting with acute or chronic conditions. Lead initial stabilisation of unwell children, especially in A&E, paediatric admissions units, and wards. Develop and implement management plans , reviewing progress regularly. Prioritise and triage patients based on clinical urgency. 2. Emergency & Acute Care Act as the senior decision-maker on the floor , especially out of hours. Manage paediatric emergencies (e.g., seizures, respiratory distress, sepsis, trauma). Lead resuscitation following APLS guidelines. Liaise with NICU teams when escalation is needed. 3.
