Communication within and outside organization Internal Stakeholder Nature of Interaction Directors Approvals, Decision making and strategy General Manager Daily reporting, Manpower issues, Employee engagement initiatives All Departments Manpower issues and support Accounts & finance Manpower and Training budget, employee and contract labour salaries External Stakeholder Nature of Interaction Contractors Contractual manpower, salary and legal compliance Government Agencies Legal compliance as per Factories Act, PF, ESI, applicable Labour laws and inspections Responsibilities Planning and forming employee benefits package. Maintaining the employees' data. Execution of employees' performance review procedure. Managing the hiring processes of the new employees. Evaluating and monitoring the budgets of all the departments.
