Job Title: E-Commerce Manager Company: Dridh Textiles Private Limited Location: Deccan Gymkhana, Pune Industry: Fashion & Apparel (Sarees / Women’s Ethnic Wear) Experience Required: 2–5 years in E-commerce Management (Fashion / Clothing) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on experience) About Dridh Textiles Dridh Textiles is a fast-growing women’s ethnic wear brand under the Zardozi Pune group. We specialize in budget-friendly, high-quality sarees, sold across online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and our own website (www.dridhtextiles.com). We are now expanding our online presence and looking for a proactive E-commerce Manager who can take complete ownership of managing product catalogs, listings, inventory, and marketplace operations. Position Overview The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all online marketplace operations , including product uploads, listings, pricing, stock coordination, order tracking, and performance reporting. This person will act as the central link between the marketing, product, and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable online sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Listing & Upload Management Upload new products (images, titles, descriptions, attributes, and pricing) on multiple marketplaces, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc. Ensure listings are SEO-friendly, accurate, and visually appealing. Regularly update product catalogs, stock availability, and pricing. Manage SKU codes, categories, and product variants effectively. 2. Inventory & Order Management Track inventory across platforms and coordinate with warehouse/production teams to avoid stockouts or overselling. Monitor order flow, returns, and cancellations daily. Manage reconciliation of orders and ensure correct dispatch and delivery timelines. 3. Platform Operations & Compliance Handle all backend operations on Seller Central / Vendor Panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Ensure compliance with each platform’s guidelines and update listings accordingly. Handle disputes, negative feedback, or account health issues. Maintain accuracy in tax/GST invoicing and reporting for online platforms. 4. Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze product performance, conversion rates, and traffic reports. Suggest strategies for improving visibility and sales through better titles, keywords, and pricing. Coordinate with marketing teams for ad campaigns and promotions. 5. Coordination & Reporting Liaise with Pacmays Media (our digital marketing partner) for promotions and creative updates. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, returns, stock levels, etc.). Support the leadership team in planning new launches and online growth strategies. Key Skills Required Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central , Flipkart Seller Hub , Meesho Supplier Panel , etc. Strong knowledge of product listing, pricing, and catalog optimization . Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management tools . Understanding of basic SEO for product listings . Problem-solving and analytical mindset. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in fashion or textile category will be a strong plus. Challenges the Role Will Involve Managing high SKU volumes (hundreds of sarees) and keeping data consistent across multiple platforms. Balancing pricing and discounts across marketplaces. Handling returns and replacement workflows efficiently. Keeping track of fast-moving inventory and new launches every month. Coordinating with warehouse, shoot, and marketing teams simultaneously.
