Job Title: Packing Supervisor
Location: Manjusar GIDC, Vadodara

Responsibilities:
Supervise biscuit packing operations across shifts.Allocate workers to machines and ensure smooth workflow.Monitor product quality (weight, size, sealing, coding) and maintain ISO/5S records.Train new workers and enforce hygiene & safety standards.Minimize wastage and ensure timely shift handovers.
Requirements:
Experience in packing/production supervision, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
