Experience: 3–5 years in food packing, preferably in FMCG or export-oriented units

Job Summary:

Fazlani Foods is seeking a Packaging Supervisor with hands-on experience in food product packaging. The ideal candidate will ensure quality packing standards, maintain hygiene and safety compliance, and lead a team for efficient shift-wise output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day packaging operations for food products (domestic & export SKUs).
• Ensure adherence to packaging SOPs, food safety norms (FSSAI/BRC/HACCP), and product quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and warehouse teams to align packaging schedules.
• Monitor line efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Train and lead packaging staff and contract labor on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of batch coding, labeling, wastage, and shift-wise output.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in packaging processes (5S, lean, TPM, etc.).
• Ensure timely documentation for audits, traceability, and compliance checks.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging in food industry
• Familiar with packaging materials (pouches, jars, shrink wrap, etc.) and equipment (FFS, sealing, labeling)
• Strong team handling & coordination skills
• Quality-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred)

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology / Packaging / Mechanical / related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in packaging within the food processing/FMCG sector

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
