Roles and responsibilities:
Product Packaging: Properly pack products using appropriate materials to ensure quality and safety
Labelling & Sorting: accurately label, sort, and organize packed goods before dispatch. Quality Inspection: Check packaging for defects and ensure compliance with company standards. Material Handling: Maintain and manage packing materials and report stock shortages.
Inventory Management: Keep records of packed goods and assist in stock audits.Logistics Support: Assist in loading, unloading, and preparing products for shipment.Workplace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area
Requirements: Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (basic reading and documentation skillsrequired).Experience: Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Ability to handle packing materials and tools efficiently.Attention to detail is needed to ensure proper labeling and quality.Basic organizational skills to manage product arrangements.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and pack products as required.
