Role Overview: As a Production Technician in the manufacturing cell team, your main responsibility is to assemble and operate various equipment and machinery to produce high-quality medical devices. You will be working in a controlled cleanroom environment and may need to use microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and other equipment. Your work will involve conducting visual inspections, precision measurements, tests using computerized equipment, repairing devices, and packaging them accurately. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble medical devices and related components in a cleanroom environment using various tools and equipment. - Perform routine assignments following specified procedures with close review of your work. - Conduct visual inspections, precision measurements, and tests on components and assemblies. - Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and relevant tools. - Package devices accurately and ensure documentation completeness. Qualifications Required: - 7th-grade reading and comprehension level. - Ability to make critical decisions with minimal supervision. - High school diploma. Additional Company Details: This position also involves cleaning tools and equipment according to documented procedures, disposing of hazardous waste material in designated areas, and working different shifts including morning, evening, and overtime schedules.
