15 years full time educationSummary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. Your role will also include troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM), AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
