Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: Configuration Analyst with 6+ years of experience in P2P, AP Automation, and ERP solutions, with hands-on experience in Basware configuration. Skilled in Dev/Test/Prod environment setup, documentation, SIT/UAT testing, data migration, and user training. Good understanding of SAP and Basware integration with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experienced in supporting workshops, testing, configuration, and global project rollouts. Roles & Responsibilities:

Basware configuration and environment setup (Dev, Test, Prod)
Functional documentation (Design Docs, Configuration Docs, Test Scripts)
Workshop facilitation and business coordination
SIT/UAT preparation and testing support
Data migration template preparation and validation
Training material development and user enablement
SAP/Basware integration understanding
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Professional & Technical Skills:

Functional Lead in workshops, meeting minutes, and action tracking.
Configure Basware solutions and maintain environments across project phases.
Prepare and maintain design, configuration, and test documentation.
Support data migration activities and template preparation.
Set up environments for Fit-Gap workshops, SIT, and UAT.
Prepare training materials and support user training.
Manage configuration updates across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
Ensure configuration documents are updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 6+ years in P2P / AP Automation / ERP solutions (Basware preferred)
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
