Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing various tools and platforms to customize features. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across solutions while addressing operational challenges and optimizing application functionality to support organizational goals effectively.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports.- Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data refresh processes.- Familiarity with query languages and data transformation techniques.- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues within business intelligence solutions.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
