- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.- Strong knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments.- Experience with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged and software as a service applications.- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.- Understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization strategies.Additional Information:
