About The Role

Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of application functionalities, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the configuration and support of packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Apache Hadoop.

Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing.

Experience with data integration and ETL processes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to big data.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache Hadoop.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
