As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your role will involve configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications - Adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability - Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms - Align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance Qualifications Required: - Must have skills in Google BigQuery - Good to have skills in Python (Programming Language) - Minimum 3 years of experience is required - Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education In addition to the above, the candidate should have a forward-thinking approach to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. You will lead AI-driven solution design and delivery, applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. It is essential to have a strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks, along with the ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
